Privacy
Updated: October 24, 2026
ABMediaX Sites stores your site content, uploaded assets (on Vercel Blob), and form submissions in a Supabase database we operate. We do not sell your data.
Form submissions
Submissions to forms on your published sites are stored in our database and accessible only to you via your dashboard. We record submitter IP + user-agent for spam control.
Analytics
Our own analytics for the Sites product are aggregate. Analytics you enable on your customer-facing sites (Plausible, GA4, Meta Pixel) are governed by those providers' policies.
Connected Facebook Pages
When you choose to connect Facebook, we use your authorization to list Pages you manage and read content from the Page you select. We store the connected Facebook user identifier, Page identifier and name, encrypted access tokens, and imported post text, dates, links and media references. These are used to prepare source material for your website. The website importer does not request permission to post, advertise or message on Facebook.
Imported source records are private to your business workspace and the ABMediaX systems and authorized support personnel that operate it. Selecting or importing a post does not publish it. Source review and website publishing are separate steps. The initial importer records media references; it does not automatically copy original photo or video files.
Disconnect Facebook or request deletion
You can disconnect Facebook from your site's source-material screen to stop further imports, or remove ABMediaX from your Facebook business integrations. Disconnecting removes the stored access credentials once the request is processed. It does not automatically erase previously saved source records or content you have chosen to use in a website.
To request deletion of Facebook-derived data, email austin@abmediax.com with the subject “Facebook data deletion,” your ABMediaX account email, and the Page name or link. Do not include passwords or access tokens. We will verify your authority, review the imported records and any website content derived from them, and confirm the outcome. Deletion requests are currently handled by our team, not by an automatic Facebook deletion callback.
You can also remove individual saved planning batches in your source workspace. Removing a planning batch does not itself remove separately saved project groups, uploaded assets, or published website content; include those in your deletion request when appropriate.
